The primary purpose of the American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Review course is to give participants the opportunity to review the course content within a formal class setting. The format optimizes a participant's ability to successfully complete the knowledge and skills test. The responsibility for the written exam is shared by the instructor and participant.
PREREQUISITES
Participant must possess a current American Red Cross certificate (or equivalent) for the course being conducted.
PARTICIPANTS MUST MEET ALL PREREQUISITES TO TAKE THE COURSE.

First Aid only: 4 hours, 12 minutes
AED only: 1 hour
CPR only:
Adult CPR/AED: 4 hours, 26 minutes
with First Aid: 4 hours, 54 minues
Pediatric CPR/AED: 3 hours
with First Aid: 5 hours, 18 minutes
Adult/Pediatric CPR/AED: 3 hours
with First Aid: 5 hours, 18 minutes
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To successfully complete the First Aid/CPR/AED course, candidate must:

Attend and actively participate in all course sessions.

Demonstrate competency in all required skills.

Successfully complete the Putting It All Together Assessment Scenarios.

Successfully pass the final written exam with a minimum grade of 80%.
CERTIFICATE ISSUED/ VALIDITY PERIOD
All certification above are valid for 2 years.
